Dodo Express is an unofficial fan-created platform and is in no way affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Nintendo Co., Ltd., Nintendo of America, or any of their affiliates. Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Nintendo Switch are registered trademarks of Nintendo. Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website https://expressdodo.com ("Dodo Express", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of the Service
Dodo Express is an informational community hub that provides:
- Live island status tracking and catalog searching for in-game items.
- Multiplayer Dodo Codes allowing players to connect via Nintendo's standard, built-in online play features in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
- Community management tools integrated with our public Discord server.
No Software Downloads: We do NOT host, provide, or require any external software, executables (.exe), cheat engines, game modifications, or third-party apps for visitors. All interactions take place purely within Nintendo's standard video game on your own Nintendo Switch console.
3. Visitor Conduct & Flight Rules
All visitors agree to adhere strictly to our Flight Rules:
- Empty Pockets: Arrive with an empty inventory to maximize your trip and avoid dropping items.
- No Littering: Never discard unwanted items or trash on island grounds.
- Gate Exits Only: Always depart by speaking to Orville at the airport counter. Never press the minus (-) button or disconnect your Wi-Fi, as doing so crashes the island session and rolls back the inventory of other players.
- Respect: Harassment, interference, or attempts to disrupt other players will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Dodo Express services and our Discord community.
4. VIP Memberships & Voluntary Donations
Our public islands are completely free for all players. To help offset server hosting, electricity, and continuous maintenance costs, we offer optional VIP memberships through third-party platforms such as Ko-fi:
- VIP memberships are voluntary donations toward operational costs and do not constitute a commercial sale of Nintendo in-game intellectual property.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Ko-fi or payment provider account.
- Violation of our community rules may result in termination of VIP access without refund.
5. User Accounts & Discord Authentication
User authentication is provided solely through Discord's official OAuth2 protocol. We do not store or collect passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Discord account.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The services provided by Dodo Express are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Dodo Express shall not be held liable for any communication errors, game disconnects, server maintenance outages, or disruptions caused by Nintendo's online network.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
